One day tickets to the festival・・・One person may purchase up to a total of 4 tickets ＊pre-order ticket reservations for the Fuji Rock Festival '08 will only be done at the Ganban store or Ganban Web ＊All payments must be made in cash. Credit card payments and reservation requests by phone, fax, or email will not be accepted. ＊Those who have pre-ordered tickets at the store will be able to receive their tickets at the store. Those who have purchased their tickets online will receive their tickets by post. Please note that you will be required to pay postage fees. ＊There will only be a limited number of discounted pre-sale tickets which will be purchasable at the sale. Please understand in advance that this sale will be over as soon as the limited number of tickets available are all sold out. ＊Those with festival tickets will be able to use a shuttle bus service to and from JR Echigoyuzawa station and the festival site. |

Please purchase them with your purchase of festival tickets. ＊Parking permits are only available for purchase with proof of its use by 2 or more individuals per parking permit ＊Parking permits are only valid for use at the specific parking area listed on your parking permit ＊If you plan on arriving by car to the festival with 3 or more people please make sure to purchase two or more festival tickets to be able purchase your parking permit ＊Micro vans or vehicles whose length exceeds 6 meters will not be allowed on festival premises ＊People coming to the festival via bicycle or motorcycle will be able to do so without a parking permit by entering the parking area # 1 inside the festival grounds ＊Festival tickets with parking permits are limited. |

＊Campsite tickets are good from 12:00 on July 24(Thurs) to 12:00 July 28(Mon) ＊The Camping area will be at the golf course at the Naeba Ski resort which is also used for skiing in the winter and as such will have areas which are slightly inclined ＊One will not be able to set up tents in and around the festival grounds besides this camping area. ＊One will not be able to use tarps or make fires in the camping area ＊There will be a barbeque area within the camping area.One will not be able to make fires in the camping area besides the barbeque area ＊One will not be able to reach the camping area by car ＊There will be a showing area exclusively for campers |

＊The festival producer reserves the right to make any necessary changes to festival rules if it is necessary for
the smooth running of the festival regardless of the manner or timing of making such announcements. There will absolutely be no refunds made on the basis of any problems with any festival rules. ＊No tents, tarps, or parasol umbrellas may be brought into the festival grounds (they will only be permitted within the camping area). Recently, there have been numerous problems relating to people taking up too much space with these items, making it difficult for people to find space to rest, pass through, and otherwise enjoy the shared outdoor space and such items will therefore be disallowed this year at festival. Also, there have been too many unmanned tarps and sheets crowding the festival groundsand open areas which should be available to everyone. We will prohibit the bringing in of large items which would block others view or take up too much space in addition to the aforementioned tents, tarps, Sunshades, parasol umbrellas. You will be able to bring leisure sheets but are asked to fold it up and take it with you when moving, and also remove it to make room for people to pass when crowded. When they are left behind unmanned we will remove them to make space for others. You may bring in baby cars, baby cars with sunshades, and also fold-up chairs on the same basis as the leisure sheets which shall be moved with you at all times and with consideration for those who may need to pass through. ＊After receiving the appropriate wristband at the festival for your tickets it will be what will verify your legitimate entry into the festival. Please be careful not to misplace your wristband. ＊Misplaced or lost wristbands will not be replaceable under any circumstances. ＊Damaged wristbands will be replaceable for a fee. ＊If you enter the festival premises without a ticket you will be turned in to the police and be forced to pay compensation for damages. ＊1 festival ticket is only good for the one person who purchased the ticket. ＊Those who are under the age of being enrolled in junior high school must be accompanied by a legal parent to attend the festival. ＊You will only be able to purchase campsite tickets matching the number of your purchase of festival tickets. ＊Parking tickets and campsite tickets will not be sold separately from your purchase of festival tickets. Those that intend to attend the festival by car please purchase your parking ticket at the time of your festival ticket purchase. ＊Please be aware that you will not be able to cancel or make exchanges once you have made your reservation. ＊Please try your best not to disturb citizens neighboring the festival, and please do not attend the festival by car if you do not have a parking ticket. ＊Due to the laws and regulations of Niigata prefecture persons under the age of 18 are required to return to the place of rest by 11:00PM. ＊The festival will take place regardless of the weather, and will only be stopped due to a natural disaster. There will be no refunds due to an artist cancellation or performance schedule change. ＊You will not make the last train at Echigo Yuzawa station after the final performance at the festival. Please purchase campsite tickets, or use the festival tour center to arrange for a hotel room. Sleeping outdoors in the neighboring area of the festival is not permitted. ＊Please read up on the rules and regulations posted on the official FRF website regarding the festival before purchasing tickets to attend the festival. ＊Bringing fireworks, animals, canned beverages, bottles, and other illegal items to the festival is strictly prohibited. ＊The organizers and venue will not take responsibility for any and all accidents and damages you may receive in and around the festival. ＊The organizer and venue will take no responsibility for any personal damages incurred due to your own moshing and stage-diving activity. We will provide immediate medical attention available at the time and no more than that. Please be careful. ＊People who do not follow the instructions of the organizer and their staff and cause any problems to other attendees or neighbors in and around the festival site will be asked to leave the festival forcibly. Those who have been asked to leave will not be refunded for their purchase of their festival tickets. ＊You are permitted to bring cameras and video cameras to the festival but you are strictly prohibited from bringing recording devices and taking photos or videotaping the performing artists at the festival. ＊Please be prepared to enjoy nature by preparing for both the possible climate changes and rainfall which may occur during the festival. Please be aware that you will not be able to bring in umbrellas to the festival site. ＊Smokers, please bring a portable ashtray with you. ＊All perosnal information which you provide will be the property of the festival organizers. ＊We plan to have festival tickets, parking tickets, campsite tickets you have reserved for you at the store for your pick-up by the end of June.
