GETTING FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'09 TICKETS FROM OVERSEAS

Hurry! The deadline for our accepting overseas ticket orders is　approaching.
The final date for our accepting overseas ticket orders will be the30th of June, 2009.
Please make all your orders before the 30th of June. Thank you.

Please note the following important information prior to making your Fuji Rock Festival '09 ticket order via email with us.
Important information regarding your tickets:
●We will only be able to accept orders for Festival tickets from people residing overseas
●We will only be able to accept orders via email
●We will only be able to provide 3-day Festival tickets and Camping tickets
●One person may order up to a maximum of 4 Festival tickets and 4 Camping tickets per order
●Each individual camping will need their own camping ticket
●Campsite tickets will not be sold separately from festival tickets
●Festival Tickets reserved and paid for in full will be available for pick-up at the "Ganban FRF Offical Record Store" at the Festival
●Only the same individual whose name is on our confirmation letter will be able to collect their tickets ordered at the festival site.
●We will not be able to accept cancellations nor make any refunds for tickets ordered

Important information regarding your payment:
●Payment for your tickets and their handling fee must be made in Japanese Yen
●Payment must be made via International Bank Wire Transfer as we will not be able to accept money orders or credit cards
●Please understand that any and all bank charges will be the responsibility of the customer
●Please make sure to check with your bank and specify to "pay in full for any and all bank charges" at your end when making your wire transfer to us
●Your total payment to us must cover for the tickets and handling charges after any and all such bank charge deductions
●Payment must be made in Japanese Yen within 5 days of your receiving your reservation confirmation from us for your tickets
●Your ticket order will be automatically invalidated if we do not receive full payment within 7 working days of your receiving our order confirmation
●Please include your given reservation number and full name as written on your confirmation letter when making your payment to us

Step 1:
To place your order for your festival tickets via email:
Email us at: english@ganban.net
Please include "FRF'09 Ticket Order" in the subject of your email.
Please make sure to also provide the following details with your email order for tickets:
1) Your full name
2) Your full address with your telephone number, fax number, and email address
3) Your passport number
4) Your gender: male or female
5) Your age
6) Please specify the number of Festival tickets and also the number of Camping tickets you wish to purchase

Step 2:
As soon as we receive your purchase order, we will email you a confirmation letter with your personal reservation number.
Ticket prices and charges you will be required to pay for:
-39,800 Yen for a three day ticket
-3,000 Yen for a campsite ticket good throughout the festival.
-500 Yen handling fee will be required with each order for tickets.
-You will also be required to cover for any and all necessary bank charge costs related to your wire transfer.
(This includes your covering for the 2500 Yen bank charge due at our bank to receive your wire here and any and all other bank charges due at your bank and any bank in between our banks. Please make sure to check with your bank and specify for your covering for "any and all bank charges" due at your end when making your wire to us. The total amount due in bank charges in addition to the 2500 Yen due to receive your wire here will differ depending on which bank you decide to use to make your payment to us for your tickets.)

Step 3:
Once we receive your full payment for your ticket order in our account you will receive a payment confirmation letter from us by email.
Please make sure not to lose this confirmation letter as you will be asked to show a printed copy of this email to collect your tickets at the festival site.

Step 4:
Finally, collect your tickets at the Festival:
To collect your tickets go to "Ganban FRF Offical Record Store" near the entrance gate of the festival entrance from 12:00PM until 8:00PM on July 23(Thurs),
and from 9:00AM and 8:00PM between July 24(FRI) − July 26(Sun), 2009.
Please plan to come during the hours posted for your ticket exchange,as we will not be able to accommodate people arriving outside of these hours for their ticket exchange.
Please also make sure to bring along and be ready to show the following when you collect your tickets:
-A printed copy of your payment confirmation letter
-Your passport.
