GETTING FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'11 TICKETS FROM OUTSIDE JAPAN
- A fee of 2,000yen per purchase of each 3 day ticket will be added to orders made from outside Japan.
- Please note that parking tickets and tickets for the MOON CARAVAN are not available for orders made from outside Japan.
1. Please read our ticket ordering instructions and provide us with your ticket order by providing us with all the required information in the online order form.
2. Once we have received your ticket order information, you will receive an invoice from PayPal via email for your order.(Please note that the above is not an automated response and it can take 2 or 3 business days for us to confirm your order info and respond by email.)
3. Please follow the payment instructions you receive from PayPal to complete your order.
(Be sure to use the same name as submitted for the ticket order. There is no way for us to tell if payments made through PayPal account of a different name are for your order. Be careful when using friends or family member’s computers for payment as it may be made through a different PayPal account. In this case, be sure to log out once and access PayPal again through the link provided in the confirmation email from PayPal.)
4. Once your payment has been made you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal via email.
5. Once we can verify your full payment for your ticket order we will also email you our ticket confirmation for your ticket order. Please save and print out a copy of this confirmation email from us to bring with you for your ticket exchange at the festival.
(Please note that the above email is not an automated response and it may take two or three business days to confirm your payment and respond.)
6. To collect your tickets go to "Ganban FRF Official Record Store" near the entrance gate of the festival entrance between 12:00PM and 8:00PM on July 28th (Thurs), and from 9:00AM to 8:00PM between July 29th (FRI) -31st (Sun), 2011.
Please plan to come during the hours posted for your ticket exchange, as we will not be able to accommodate people arriving outside of these hours for their ticket exchange.
Please also make sure to bring along and be ready to show the following when you collect your tickets:
-A printed copy of your payment confirmation email from us
-Your passport.
- Please read the following important information prior to your ordering Fuji Rock Festival '11 tickets from abroad with us. -
- We will only be able to accept orders for Festival tickets from people residing overseas via this ticket order form. Those of you residing in Japan can also order following the English-language guidelines to do so here.
- Please note that Festival Tickets reserved and paid for in full will be available for pick-up at the "Ganban FRF Official Record Store" at the Festival and will not be sent to you.
WWe will only be able to accept payment for your ticket orders via PayPal. - We will only be able to provide 3-day Festival tickets and Camping tickets
- One person may order up to a maximum of 4 Festival tickets and 4 Camping tickets per order (Multiple orders can be made for orders of more than 4 tickets)
- Each individual camping will need their own camping ticket
- Campsite tickets will not be sold separately from festival tickets
- Only the same individual whose name is on our confirmation email will be able to collect their tickets ordered at the festival site.
- Payment must be made in Japanese Yen within 3 days of your receiving your Invoice from PayPal for your ticket order. Please note that your ticket order will be automatically invalidated if we do not receive full payment within 3 days of your receiving your invoice from PayPal for your ticket order with us.
- Payment for your tickets and their handling fee must be made in Japanese Yen
- No Refunds for your payments will be made under any circumstances and we will also not allow any changes to your ticket order after your payment has been completed for your ticket order.
Please note when purchasing tickets:
- An entrance ticket is valid for one person only.
- Primary school age children or under 12 years of age are free to enter the site as long as they are accompanied by their parents or a guardian.
- The car park pass and a campsite ticket are not sold separately from entrance tickets. If you plan to come by car, please purchase a car park pass. (Please note that parking tickets are not available for those purchasing tickets from outside Japan.)
- Entrance ticket holders can use a free shuttle bus service between Echigoyuzawa station and the festival site
- Tickets will be exchanged with wristbands at the Festival site. You cannot enter the site without the exchange.
- After exchanging your ticket, the wristband will be the proof of your ticket purchase. Please look after it with care during the Festival period.
- Lost wristbands will not be re-issued for any reason. Guests without a wristband will be asked to leave the site or re-purchase a ticket, so please be extra careful not to loose it.
- You may not make a change or cancellation once you place your application.
Please note:
- The Festival may change rules to assure smooth running of operation. Tickets are not refundable for such operational rule change regardless of the ways such changes are notified. Thank you for understanding.
- The festival will be not be cancelled due to rain or inclement weather (except for a natural disaster). Tickets cannot be refunded due to artist cancellation.
- Please avoid excess drinking. A drunken person out of control may be ejected from the festival site.
- Any dangerous behavior that may harm other people, such as moshing and diving, is prohibited. The Festival will not be responsible for injuries and accidents with a third party. Such incidents need to be solved between the people involved.
- Tents, tarp shelters, flysheets and parasols as well as any installed objects that obstruct others view are not allowed in the festival site.
- If anybody is found to have entered the festival illegally, it will be reported to the police and the violating person will be put under their care. The person will also be subject to pay compensation for any damage.
- Please refrain from any behavior that can cause annoyance to local people. Please do not arrive by car without a car park pass.
- Due to local regulations, people under 18 years must return to their accommodation by 11pm.
- The last stage will not finish on time for you to catch the last train from Echigo-Yuzawa station each day. Please make your accommodation arrangement through the tour center or by purchasing a campsite ticket. Please do not sleep in the local neighborhood and/or in the station area.
- Animals, glass bottles, cans, fireworks, explosives and any illegal substances are not allowed to be brought into the festival site.
- A person who causes any disturbances or does not follow instructions by staff will be ejected from the festival site. A ticket will not be refunded in this case.
- Tickets will be exchanged with wristbands at the Festival site.
- You may bring a camera and/or video camera into the site but it is strictly prohibited to record the artists. No sound recording equipment is allowed on the site.
- Please be prepared for rain and/or cold weather. Umbrellas are not allowed in the site.
- Please use a portable ashtray if you smoke.
- Please consult terms and conditions on the official site before purchasing tickets.
- Customer details submitted with the application will be retained by the organizer.
