Your Ganban Syndicate Membership Agreement.

The Ganban Syndicate membership is operated by Basement Movement Co., LTD
for their record shop "Ganban" and its services.
Your Ganban Syndicate membership will be issued to you on the basis that you have agreed and
accepted the following terms and conditions.
(The membership terms and conditions listed below have been updated on February 4th, 2004)


【Your membership conditions】
1. Your membership is limited to your registration as an individual and not as a corporate entity.
2. Your membership is provided to you personally on the basis that you reside within Japan
  and have a local current address registered to you in Japan.
3. Once you have registered your personal information towards this membership
  you will not be able to cancel your membership.Payment towards your membership registration
and your one year membership fees will not be refunded to you.
4. An individual who has been registered for membership will only be registered once with their application.
This means that one individual member will not be able to have more than one membership number.
You will only be able to register for membership with an
existing email address registered to you.
5. Your personal membership, and membership services, can not be loaned or shared with others
 and are limited to the actual person who has registered.
6. Those who have once lost their Ganban Syndicate membership and its privileges will not be able to
 re-register for membership again.
7. Your membership is given based on the agreement that you will not use any Ganban services,
 including your membership benefits, for anything deemed by us as an activity going beyond
 your own personal benefits.

An individual who has applied for membership has read and agreed to uphold the previously
listed terms and conditions prior to registering for the Ganban Syndicate membership.
An individual will lose their membership and membership privileges if and when any one
of the terms and conditions listed above have not been met.
You will not be refunded your membership fees when losing your membership.
We reserve the right to refuse memberships, and those who have been registered and
are later deemed to not qualify for our membership, for whatever reason,
will not have the rights to complain or sue over their loss of membership with us
without any refunding of any membership fees paid.

【Your membership term and renewing of your yearly membership】
1. Our one year renewable membership must be renewed yearly with membership fees for that year.
 When not renewed within a one year timeframe you will lose your membership.
 A member must renew their membership yearly, including their payment for the extension of their
 membership term for an additional year. When not renewing membership within the one year
 timeframe from your registering for membership, you will have lost your membership,
 and have to re-register as a new membership with registration fees in addition to the yearly
 membership fee.
2. All our membership services will be available to you upon your payment of registration fees(1000 Yen),
 one year membership fees(1000 Yen), and our completing the processing of your membership.
 Individuals who have registered for membership via our online registration form
 or registered post will be registered as a member and receive their membership card
 within one week of their payment of registration fees and yearly membership fees.
 Individuals who have applied for membership will not be able to receive any of their
 membership privileges until their registration process is complete.
3. Individuals who wish to extend their membership for an additional one year term
 must do so within the term of their valid membership.
 Those who have registered for their membership online can email us at info@ganban.net
 at least one week prior to their membership expiration date with their payment of their additional one year
 membership fees, their current membership card, and 300 Yen for return postage
 by registered post to our store to extend their membership. But, when your fees are not in with us
  prior to your membership expiration date your membership will automatically expire.


【Notification requirements of changes in the information you have registered.】
1. Members are required to notify the Ganban store immediately with any name, address, phone,
 and email address changes.We will only accept name changes when re-registering to those
 resulting from a recent marriage or other officially made name changes.
2. If we do not receive notice from our members regarding their change of address,
 or any other significant change to your registration of personal information, we will not be able to
 assume any responsibility for any products that have been ordered and sent to you.

【Membership card loss and their replacement.】
In case you have lost or misplaced your membership card please notify the Ganban store immediately.

【Membership registration fees and your yearly membership fees】
1.Membership registration will cost 1000 Yen. Membership fees for the term of one year is 1000 Yen.
2.Payment of your registration fee and your one year membership fee must be made
 directly at our store Ganban or via registered mail to our store.
 Please remember to include 300 yen for return postage in addition to your registration fee
 and your one year membership fee. We will register you and send you your membership card
 as soon as we have received both your registration information and your membership fees.

【Information regarding our point card service.】
1.One membership card is issued to you personally and this one card is only valid to the individual registered
 on this card. You will receive points for all purchases at the store but currently not for online purchases.
2.Please present us with your membership card when making purchases at our store Ganban.
 You will be able to receive 2 points for each purchase of 1000 yen by having your membership card
 at the time of your purchase. You will not receive any points if you do not show
 your membership card at the time of your purchase.
3.You will not receive any points if you do not present your membership card at the time
 of your purchase at the Ganban store.
4.Members who have accumulated a total of 30 points will be able to receive a special 10% discount
 at the time of their next purchase for any product excluding concert ticket purchases.
5.Both your accumulating points and their use towards discounts at the store must be done during
 the one year term from beginning your current membership.
6.Points accumulated which have not been used during the one year term will become invalid for use.
7.You may use your accumulated points towards a discount for all in-store products excluding concert tickets.
8.You will not be permitted to use more than one discount coupon at the time of any one purchase.
9.This point system can currently only be used while making purchases at the Ganban store.
10.Please understand that there may be necessary changes to this service during
  the term of your membership.


【Concert ticket reservations and purchases.】
1. All pre-sale reservations for concert tickets to be sold to Ganban Syndicate members
 will only be available directly at the Ganban store.
2. The pre-sale of concert tickets, including their reservations and sale at our store,
 are limited in quantity and only available for the specific dates and shows that we announce.
 We offer to try our best in providing the best entry reservation numbers and seats possible
 but can not ensure that you will at all times be able to have better entry reservation numbers
 or seats compared to those buying tickets at another time or place later.
 In the case of concert tickets for very popular artists you may only be able to reserve your tickets
 regardless of where the seats may actually be. Please also note that your membership
 does not ensure that you will be able to purchase tickets to every show you may be interested in.
3.Please understand that there may be cases where no pre-sale reservations are possible
 due to the wishes of either artist management or the concert organizers.
 Also, please understand that there might be times when the limited number of tickets available
 become unavailable amongst the number of members wishing to make the same purchase.
4.Normally one member is allowed to purchase up to 4 tickets, but there will be specific concerts
 where this number may be lower or higher. Please understand that these numbers are adjusted to
 benefit the maximum number of members.

★Please be aware that when you are not able to observe the rules set forth regarding the purchasing
 of concert tickets you will lose your membership and be charged for the processing of returning
 the purchased tickets.
1. One case would be your purchasing more that the permitted number of tickets
 where you will have to forfeit all your tickets including those within the amount permitted.
2. You will only be warned the first time and will lose your membership the forthcoming time
 you do not follow our rules regarding the purchase of concert tickets.
3. Please understand that once tickets are issued to you it will become your responsibility
 that they are not misplaced, damaged, or lost. We will absolutely not re-issue any tickets.

Tickets which are reserved or bought from us may not be resold. You will not be permitted to
resell your tickets to so-called scalpers, other ticketing agencies, or via the various available media such as
online auctions and classified advertisements even if the sale is not for profiting.
In the unlikely event that you are caught reselling or trying to resell your ticket you will lose
your membership, your ticket reservation and/or your use of your purchased ticket.
Those that have already paid for a reservation or the purchase of actual tickets
will be refunded for these purchases after we make necessary deductions for the processing
of this return together with the deductions for the return postage to you.

In the matter that there is a dispute between Basement Movement Co., Ltd and
a Ganban Syndicate membership holder, who has agreed and accepted the aforementioned terms
and conditions outlined in our membership agreement above, such dispute will be taken to the court
of law in Tokyo, Japan, to be settled under the jurisdiction of the Japanese Law.


We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to our services outlined in this agreement
at any given point in time for whatever reason.
We will announce any such changes, if and when they are made, through our email newsletter
sent to all our registered members. This agreement has been updated on February 1st, 2004,
and is in effect as outlined herein. Memberships are given on the basis of your having agreed
to uphold to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
